No security of a hotel, not a hotel!

Staff was lovely and helpful. But this did not make up for the cons. The bigger rooms were all located in an annex 2 doors over, which had no lobby, no reception desk and additionally the doors were not even locked from 8am- midnight! This is NOT a hotel but basically a tiny single room Airbnb. The entrance is a long dark hallway to small dark staircase upstairs. We felt extremely unsafe going in and out at night with our kids. When this was raised with the staff, they tried to look for rooms at their sister hotels but after 2 days the only thing they ‘may be able to offer’ is a downgrade to an even smaller room (for the 4 of us) with no adjustment for the price difference. The rooms are dusty and dirty and reeked of a strong cologne smell, not sure if it was to cover other smells. Overall not worth the price. Better off staying at a Airbnb for a fraction of the cost and double the amount of space!

Enjoyed my stay at Condominio Monti during my recent long weekend trip. Perfect central location to explore the Eternal City by foot. Professional staff and hotel cleanliness are noticeable. Highly recommended

We stayed here for 3 nights in April and it was lovely. We’d recommend it and would certainly stay again. The location is great, so close to the Colosseum but also a good location to all the other sites to see in Rome. The hotel is nicely decorated and has everything you need for a city break. The rooms are cleaned, showers are strong and the room has everything you would need. The staff on reception and at breakfast are all so nice and helpful. Breakfast is good too and was included in our stay. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Absolutely amazing hotel in a great location for exploring Rome! We had a wonderful time there. The location is fantastic, very central with major sights like Colosseum and Trevi fountain within walking distance. Nadia, Sara, Federica and Letizia - the ladies at the reception were so nice, attentive and helpful.

Great location in the Monti area - all the main attractions within walking distance. Excellent breakfast on the roof (and cocktails in the evening). Really enjoyed the extra activities - Cin Cin at La Griffe, gelato tour covering 2000 years of history. We wished we could have joined more of the free tours led by Virgilio (Colosseum at night, wine tasting). Comfy room with a glimpse of the Colosseum at the end of the street and well appointed bathroom. Perfect stay!
